Great value for money, friendly staff, lively bar with pool table, delicious-looking burgers, convenient location near bus station and clock tower. Mosquito nets and provided padlocks for security. Mattresses may be worn but still comfortable. Very clean with daily bathroom cleaning. Suitable for short stays. Be aware of location above a restaurant/bar and tattoo parlour, but overall a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Bar 184 Party Hostel in Chiang Rai for a week while traveling solo on a tight budget. The location was great, close to the night markets, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The beds were comfy and the private rooms provided the privacy I needed. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The value for the price was excellent, and the food downstairs was delicious.

Despite a few minor issues mentioned in other reviews, we found our stay to be enjoyable overall. With its friendly staff, affordable rates, and convenient location, I would recommend this hostel to fellow travelers.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly staff, felt very safe, excellent value for price. the food downstairs was great too! I recently stayed at a guesthouse and had a great experience. the location was perfect, just a minute's walk from the new clocktower. the beds were really comfy and the staff were super nice and polite. They even helped us with taxis and provided fresh drinkable water for our bottles, which was a lifesaver. it was a very safe and affordable stay. the food at the restaurant downstairs was also delicious.

Shared Bathroom: The shared bathroom arrangement took me back to my college dorm days, but in a good way. It was like a throwback experience, bonding with fellow travelers over toothbrushes and liquid soap. Memories were made, and hygiene was maintained!

Noisy Environment: A bit noisy sometimes because of the bar downstairs, but hey, who needs silence when you've got good music? It added a lively atmosphere to the place without disrupting my beauty sleep.

Lemme Chok Dee is excellently located near the night market, clock tower, and great restaurants. The staff is extremely lovely and helpful, providing recommendations and assistance with scooter rental. The rooms are clean and come with a mosquito net. The vintage/cozy atmosphere adds to the charm.
